Office 365 Business supports a maximum of 300 users. For more than 300 users, we have other Office 365 plans that you will find suitable for your needs.

Is there a difference in how Office Online works on different mobile devices and operating systems?

Windows Phones support View-only in browser and Edit in Office Mobile. iPhones support View-only and iPads support edit. Android phones support View-only, including in browser on tablets. Blackberry and Nokia support View-only.

Can I move from Business Plan to other Office 365 Plans?

Yes. You can change to a higher plan when you need to upgrade. For example, you can upgrade from an Office 365 Enterprise E1 plan to an Office 365 Enterprise E3 or Enterprise E5 plan. When you do an upgrade, your domain name in your existing account is transferred to your new account, irrespective of whether you brought your own domain name to the Office 365 account or you created a domain name with Office 365.

Is it possible to do a mix-and-match of Office 365 Plans?

Yes. You can do a mix-and-match within certain license limitations of the respective plans. To cite a specific case, the Office 365 Business, Business Essentials, and Business Premium plans each have a limit of 300 users, while the Enterprise plans support unlimited number of users. So as a tenant, you can purchase 300 users of any/all of Business plans and combine with another 300+ number of users of any/all Enterprise plans.
